In the above aerial photograph of El Presidente our “Madroño” apartment (condo) is on the far right of the front line’s central block overlooking the lovely main-pool and gardens.

Our local beach
Separated by a narrow stretch of woodland and unspoilt sand dunes between the complex and the sea, it is just a few minutes walk to our beach. Here during you will find sun loungers available, with nearby activities including water-sports and three of our local chiringuitos (beach bar / restaurants) , “Roberto’s”, “Pepe's” and “Matas Verdes”, open for lunchtime and evening (in the summer) drinks and meals - truly wonderful places to relax, sit and gaze out to sea, Gibraltar and Morocco! For children there are also lovely play areas with swings, slides, see-saws and climbing-frames, plus a football pitch!

There is so much to enjoy and experience, both in our lovely apartment and the wonderful El Presidente complex.

Just outside of the El Presidente complex and within walking distance, there are a wide range of excellent restaurants, bars and shops with a diverse array of cuisines on offer including Spanish, Italian, American-style steaks, Lebanese, Thai, Chinese and Indian. There is even traditional English food available!
