The reasons why our luxury apartment is one of the best in the Marbella area!
Our 200 sq.m. air-conditioned home is located in the first-line of the complex (the best area!), is just a few minutes walk to the beach and is significantly larger (over twice the size!) than those constructed more recently in El Presidente - or almost anywhere else in the Marbella area for that matter (it’s also important to always check where an apartment is located and what its actual view is here in El Presidente!).

In addition to our beautiful and very spacious lounge with its feature fireplace, we also have two lovely bedrooms that can easily sleep five, adjoining / en-suite bathrooms, a large fully-fitted kitchen and an entrance hall. With marble floors throughout, three terrace / balconies, including a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the extensive gardens and main swimming pool and which is furnished with loungers and six-seater dining-table, our apartment is welcoming, homely, luxurious and extremely comfortable. Its corner location also enables each room to have natural daylight and ventilation. Baby facilities are available as well! Good quality bed linen, including duvets in the winter, towels for the bathroom and a hair-dryer are supplied for our guests.

You can also have free internet access via our wireless high speed broadband connection.

Home-entertainment includes two televisions, a 32 inch in the lounge and a 21 inch in the main bedroom with 16 British satellite television channels including BBC1 & 2, ITV, CH4, Disney, Discovery, Sky News, Movies 1 and Sports 1 & 2; dvd, video, radios and hi-fi with a cd player. We also have an extremely experienced baby-sitter available.

As it was our first Spanish home we are able to provide the homely comforts that will make your stay that much more enjoyable. Our home can become your home when you stay with us, and we can also help to look after your needs as we too live on the complex - it is that wonderful a place! Indeed as you will also discover when you visit us, our “Madroño” apartment and El Presidente really are extremely special and unique!
