Park - Visitors’ Guide |
 |
| Located
in the shopping area Marina Banus, opposite to the large department
store El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus is the indoor children’s
play area Camelot Park. There are two distinct and separate areas,
the enclosed playground and the arcade. |
| The
enclosed area, shown in the photographs above and below, has a
variety of different climbing areas and inflatable slides that
are designed for children up to either the age of 5 or 12. There
is also an open area with a dance flooor in front of a small stage
and raked seating for party games and group activities. |
 |
 |
 |
There
are a large number of staff employed within the Park, whose role
is to both monitor what is going on as well as to supervise the
children.
As a consequence of Camelot Park being enclosed it is even possible for parents
to allow their children to roam freely whilst they relax in the cafeteria. |
Below
is the large cafeteria and bar area which is the place for the
adults to escape to and which serves drinks and snacks. |
 |
 |
There
is also another bar which is located next to a large and attractive
outdoor terraced garden area. The other area in Camelot Park has
free entrance and contains a wide variety of arcade-type games
and billiard tables as well as six bowling lanes. Rather than using
coins, a rechargeable card can be pre-purchased that has a magnetic
strip that is swiped to pay for the various attractions. |

Camelot
Park in Puerto Banus is a great place to take children to, especially
when the weather outside is either too hot or too cool!
Whilst not being particularly cheap, although 3 children from the same family
can get in for the price of 2, Camelot Park is also a useful and safe alternative
to the beach and is open throughout the day until mid evening. |
